      Ubiquitous access of user - side energya - using equipment and data fusion and sharing are one of the key directions during the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things. In the future, data - driven business development will become inevitable. Based on the business innovation of energy alternative in Zhejiang province, the way of data-driven business development of energy alternative, proposes lean management model of energy alternative, which can provide reference for the implementation of energy alternative work under the background of the development of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things.
