      Virtual power plants can effectively aggregate all kinds of adjustable resources, such as load -side distributed power generation, energy storage and adjustable load and so on. Firstly,the trading rules of Jiangsu electric power market in which the users’adjustable load participates in the ancillary service market is analyzed. It also discusses the market environment of Jiangsu virtual power plant participation in auxiliary services from three aspects: service provider, fee payer and participation mode, and establishes the main auxiliary joint venture model based on demand response virtual power plant by analyzing the auxiliary service market mechanism under the independent and joint market model. Secondly, the access specification and implementation process for virtual power plant to participate in market operation are put forward,and for the purpose of efficient scheduling, the 2 -level aggregate management and design specification of virtual power plant and virtual unit is proposed.
