      在可再生能源不断发展的背景下,研究了计及碳交 易-绿证成本的“源-荷”互动优化调度策略。模型中同时考虑 发电侧资源和可平移负荷、可转移负荷、可削减负荷3种柔性 负荷资源,成本中同时考虑了碳交易-绿证成本和柔性负荷调 用成本,以成本最优为目标,建立优化模型,实现发电侧资源 与多种柔性负荷资源的最优分配。通过算例验证了方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Under the background of the development of renewable energy, the“source-demand”interactive optimal scheduling strategy taking into account the cost of carbon trading(CT) and green certificate(TGC)is investigated. The proposed model considers generation resources and 3 kinds of flexible loads including shiftable loads, transferable loads, and curtailable loads. The cost considers CT -TGC cost and load scheduling cost. Taking the overall cost as the objective, the optimization model is developed to realize the optimal allocation of generation resources and various flexible loads. Testing examples verifiy the effectiveness of the proposed method.
