      在“中国力争2030年前实现碳达峰,2060年前实现碳中和”目标的驱动下,碳市场和绿证市场正稳步快速发展。伴随着碳市场、绿证市场的推进,将产生碳-绿证-电力市场的交互耦合,形成涵盖多市场多主体的交易体系框架。研究考虑可再生能源电力消纳责任权重,结合发电商、售电商等各市场主体受碳市场、绿证市场的影响,通过多主体成本收益分析,建立以各市场主体利润最大为目标的最优交易决策模型。该模型在满足可再生能源消纳水平考核的同时,实现了各市场主体市场利益均衡。最后通过算例结果分析了可再生能源配额、碳配额的变化对多主体交易电量和利润的影响。
英文摘要:
      Driven by the carbon goals of“carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060”, the carbon market and green certificate market are developing steadily and rapidly. With the rapid development of carbon market and green certificate market,the interaction and coupling of carbon, green certificate and electricity market will be generated, and a trading system framework covering multiple markets and multiple subjects will be formed.The weight of renewable energy consumption responsibility are studied and considered. The degree of influence of each market subject by carbon market and green certificate market are combined. Based on the cost-benefit analysis of multi-agent market, an optimal trading decision model is established to maximize the profit of each trading agent. While meeting the assessment of renewable energy consumption level, the balance of market interests of all market players has been realized. The influence of renewable energy quota and carbon quota on electricity and profit of multi-agent trade is analyzed by numerical example.
